2. Process for Returns & Exchanges

Once approved, ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.
After inspection, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund (as applicable).
3. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, grain, or finish are not considered defects.
If you receive a product that is genuinely damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
