4. Delivery & Shipping
We dispatch most orders within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may take longer.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tuamia is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
5. Exchange & Returns
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom, personalized, or sale items are non-returnable.
